WHAT IS SHADOW WORK?

Many believe Shadow Work to be some of the most important work of each Wheel. Every year nature provides us with the perfect alignment of all the energies needed to truly heal ourselves, our ancestral line and begin a new cycle. The earlier we start our shadow work (as it is spiritual work that we never finish) the more in alignment with our soul purpose we become, but of course for many this kind of work is not learnt about until much later. When we have lived, gathered trauma and need this healing work more than ever, that is when we find this sacred calling, as our ancestors reach out with our guides to bring us to the guidance, space and support we need. So, whether you are new to shadow work or well-practiced I hope you will join me this year as we work to integrate our shadow and light. 

ARE YOU READY TO DIG DEEP AND COMMIT TO YOUR OWN HEALING AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT?

Join me this year as we work deeply with our root chakra to find out what it is we need to heal this year with the help of our spirit guides, journey, and ritual. We will also be working on psychic protection and how to strengthen our aura and chakras to aid us on our spiritual and healing journey moving forward. 

We will end the course with a fabulous shadow work Samhain ritual to integrate all we have healed, and we shall each be painting our own goddess together in sacred space. She will be your guide and a reminder of your healing already completed and your support in your healing moving forward. This special goddess, hand crafted by one of our small artisans in Italy, will become a powerful place of connection, love and healing. Each unique and each reflecting the work we will be doing within this course.

WHAT MAKES OUR COURSES DIFFERENT?

Many online courses involve hundreds of people with little to no personal contact with the guide or teacher, reading through lots of PDFs or PowerPoint slides, whereas I like to take a more personal and interactive approach. All of my courses have between 15 to 25 people making it a safe space for people to share their experiences. I have created a beautiful course kit to support our work during the Shadow period. This kit will include your course candles, incense, oil, and one of the beautiful hand-crafted Goddesses (in photo above) as well as a few other tools. The course kit is optional, however especially when it comes to Shadow Work I highly recommend it as it contains your Goddess which is an important part of the healing journey we will be taking

COURSE MODULES

Below you will find a layout of the course modules and the journey we will be taking together. It does not include the bonus material BOS pages and other items that will also be included with the course.

THE COURSE FACEBOOK GROUP  WILL OPEN ON 20TH SEPTEMBER AND THE COURSE WILL END END OF THE FIRST WEEK IN NOVEMBER

Module One - The Root of The Matter

  • What is the Root Chakra
  • How does the energy held within this space affect us today
  • The connection between the Root chakra and anxiety, stress, trauma, and the inability to manifest your intentions in the here and now
  • Together we shall journey into our Root space feeling safe and secure, creating a sacred space for us to find that which needs healing and exploring this year
  • Home/Craft work

Module Two - Cauldron of Rebirth Journey and Ritual

  • Using the knowledge gained from class one, as well as the craft work, we will go into sacred ritual and journey space to meet with one of our volunteer guides and visit the cauldron of rebirth

Module Three - Energetic Ties

  • How to tell what is your energy and what is someone else’s energy impairing you
  • How to tell if you have old or static energetic ties to people, places, or old trauma
  • Together we shall work to remove these cords safely, move energy, and protect ourselves moving forward using our tools, journey, and ritual

Module Four - Psychic and Energetic Protection Moving Forward

  • Physical tools for energetic protection and how to use them
  • How to detect, remove, or return energy safely
  • Together we shall journey to the energetic realms to put some specific protections around our Root chakra and auric field with the aim to strengthen us energetically moving forward

Module Five - Samhain Shadow and Light Ritual

  • During the ritual we will integrate all we have healed during the course. We will honour and open the door to a brand new well of energy and welcome pure white light into the newly healed space we have created within ourselves.
  • We will also be creating our Sacred Healing Goddesses each persons will be completely unique based upon their healing journey and how they expressed that with the painting of their Goddess
