2024 Live and Interactive Shadow Work Course - A Time To Explore The Shadow Self, Heal The Past and Find Self Empowerment

This year’s shadow journey is a deep one, making the most of a powerful year astrologically and the call of our own blood to reveal, heal, integrate and emerge reborn.

Often we heal the most outer layers of our trauma, the root of the wounds that lay within from childhood, adulthood and our own ancestral line hidden. It can be a daunting prospect looking closer, going deeper and truly seeing. This is why I am a big believer in having a guide, someone who will show you the way, and provide a space of safety for the work ahead. Hence, I have been teaching shadow work to a small group of people every year for years online through our Academy. As we travel together you will be seen and led as I am present every day of the course holding space for those within our hidden Facebook group.

Our course starts first week of October and finished first week of November.

Join me this year as we work deeply with our guides and inner child to discover our trauma through wound mapping, relinquish stagnant energy, communicate with our inner self and transcend our shadows into the light.

We shall nurture the wounded parts of ourselves through sacred journey, ritual. journalling, breathwork, and other healing practices.

I cannot tell you how many people I have taught or worked healing for who feel they are walking through life feeling lost, experiencing lack, dealing with health issues, anxiety and so much more completely overwhelmed much of the time.

Through this course we will explore the Shadow Self in a safe container where you can ask questions, be free to express yourself and open yourself to the healing available to you through this sacred part of the year.

All our work brings us to a point where we can leave our Shadow Work in 2024 standing in our own power, filled with confidence, reconnected to Source, and feeling whole and complete. 

WHAT MAKES OUR COURSES DIFFERENT?

Many online courses involve hundreds of people with little to no personal contact with the guide or teacher, reading through lots of PDFs or PowerPoint slides with only other students for help if you are lucky. I like to take a more personal and interactive approach with my students and get to know them all through our group (and shared journey) if that is what they would like. All my courses are very small with a private locked facebook group making it a safe space for people to share their experiences and be open, sometimes for the first time. I am in that group every day of the course, available to help guide you and answer any and all questions. The classes are in front facing video format, pre-recorded (all permanently available in your classroom) with accompanying workbooks. There will also be journey, ritual and lessons on sacred practice to support your healing and wellbeing. We will have bonus lives whenever they are needed, for example if a question is asked that needs an in depth answer or to catch up with where we all are.

COURSE KIT

There is an optional course kit which contains tools for the work ahead including your Shadow Work Candle, Incense and other essentials made specially. It is an optional kit and if you do not feel called you can simply work with your own tools at home. I always say to my students if it’s a choice between being able to do a course or not being able due to a kit then always choose learning and experience over the tools. This is why our tool kits for courses are and always will be optional!!

We will end our course by completing a beautiful ritual where you integrate your light and shadow self by taking all we have learnt, started to heal and transform throughout the course.
